Kathy Carey has been teaching yoga and fitness classes for 18 years.  She is a certified yoga, fitness instructor and personal trainer.  She is also a certified Master Reiki Practitioner. Kathy loves sharing the benefits of yoga and exercise with others.  In her spare time Kathy enjoys hiking, snow shoeing, and skiing and spending time with her husband Steve and her sons Mason and Gibson.
